All version and POB preferences are subject to availability. We will try to evenly fufill requests across all orders, rather than doing it by first come first served.
Not getting the album version or POB you wanted is not a valid reason for a return.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at [email protected]
We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box or bag of albums.
Pre-order and first press benefits are subject to availability and may not be given if our suppliers run out.
